Daily:  Getting adequate nutrition and rest is a major priority

Eat:  nutrition intake immediately upon arising, around 7:30 a.m.

Eat:  breakfast, around 8:30 a.m.

45-minute nap (up to several hours if needed)

Eat:  more nutrition intake, around 10:30 a.m.

Stretches and exercises

Saline nasal irrigation

Prepare lunch

Eat:  lunch, at noon

Eat:  more nutrition intake, around 2:00 p.m.

Eat:  dinner, at 5:30 p.m.

Wash dinner dishes

Eat:  more nutrition intake, around 7:30 p.m.

Eat:  full meal before bed, around 9:30 p.m.

Rest, at 10:30 p.m.

Yoga, which helps my neuropathy and back

Chiropractor (triweekly)

Heart & spirit work with someone

Tuesdays

ASL

Spiritual service (2nd Tuesday)

Wednesdays

Weight resistance work to maintain lean body mass (see explanation)

Pill fill (triweekly)

Process inbound prescriptions
