Daily:  Getting adequate nutrition and rest is a major priority

Eat:  breakfast
30-minute nap (up to several hours if needed)
e-mail
Eat:  more nutrition intake
Stretches and exercises
Saline nasal irrigation
Prepare lunch
Eat:  lunch
30-minute nap
Eat:  more nutrition intake
Eat:  dinner
Wash dinner dishes
Eat:  more nutrition intake

Mondays

Process inbound prescriptions
He meets with someone from SAADE's AustinMentors program about two Mondays a month

Tuesdays

Yoga
Step work with someone (except on 2nd Wednesday)

Wednesdays

Workout
Pill fill (triweekly)
Step work with someone (except on 2nd Wednesday)

Thursdays

Allergy injections
Getting a handsome Officer haircut at Sportsman's Barber Shop (biweekly)
Dr. Dow, Officer Wes' chiropractor (triweekly)
Process prescription refill requests (triweekly)
