Making room for three:  closet & room

We wanted to make a space in the main house for dave.  Conceptually it could have been simple. But the hobby room we would be using had a ton of music gear wired together and had no closet. The short version is we moved the house's hot water heater into the attic from the adjacent hallway, which created room for a closet.  We also removed some old paneling and ceiling tiles, replacing them with sheetrock.

But whenever you work with sheetrock, things get very dusty...

...the room becomes chaos.

(Those are the legs of our friend Rusty,
who we hire for sheetrock and painting jobs,
on the ladder.)

Here is the new sheetrock going up.

Here's Wes peering through the space
where the hot water heater had been,
and where the new closet would be.

An example of just how fine sheetrock dust is.
